I am an experienced tutor with a pupil-first approach and a passion for learning! I have worked in education for five years and supported children aged from five to eighteen. I design lessons unique to each child’s abilities and requirements, ensuring they feel as supported as possible along the way.

 

Alongside private tuition, I am an actor and work as a drama teacher in school and after-school club settings. My background as a performer informs my approach to teaching and I make my lessons engaging and fun for students. My goal is to foster curiosity and confidence in young learners, and for them to finish a session feeling proud of what they’ve achieved. 

 

There is no one pupil of whom I’m most proud, but a special moment in my career as a tutor was coaching a Year 6 pupil in her 11+ exams to win a place at my old grammar school!

 

I am originally from North London and now live in Stoke Newington - after stints in Scotland, South Korea and Australia! I graduated with a degree in History from the University of Edinburgh and went on to achieve an MFA in Acting from Drama Studio London.
