Laura is a highly experienced and engaging science tutor, specialising in Physics, Chemistry and Biology at GCSE and Key Stage 3, as well as English, Drama and TEFL.

Laura is known for her warm, encouraging teaching style and her ability to make difficult concepts clear, memorable and enjoyable. She has worked with students of all abilities—from those needing structured support and confidence-building to high-achievers preparing for top exam results. Her lessons are carefully tailored to each learner’s strengths, gaps, and goals, helping students feel capable, motivated, and genuinely interested in the subject.

An experienced tutor and AfN-accredited nutritionist, Laura brings a unique blend of scientific knowledge, communication skill, and empathy. She is particularly strong at helping students connect scientific theory to real-life examples—making learning practical, relevant, and far easier to retain.

Laura offers tuition in person (she drives and can travel locally) and online, with availability before 5pm on Sundays and flexible slots at other times, including evenings. She is based in SW19 (Wimbledon).
